1. Professional Spa Services

Ahana Spa is a premium wellness salon offering professional massage therapies (including Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aroma Massage, Balinese Massage, and Ayurveda Massage) aimed at stress relief, physical relaxation, and body rejuvenation. All therapies are delivered by trained and professional massage therapists.

2. Code of Professional Conduct

We maintain a strict code of ethics, safety, hygiene, and mutual respect. We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and polite manner.

• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of verbal harassment, physical aggression, or sexually suggestive remarks/requests is strictly prohibited.
• Immediate Termination: If a client behaves inappropriately or makes sexual advances, the therapist will immediately stop the session, the client will be asked to leave the premises, no refund will be provided, and we reserve the right to report the behavior to local law enforcement.

3. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be requested by calling us directly at +91 90300 69708 or via WhatsApp. Confirmation depends on therapist and slot availability.

• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled session to complete health forms and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to avoid delaying subsequent clients.
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, displays rude behavior, or presents safety risks to our staff.

4. Health & Safety Disclosures

Your safety is our top priority. Some wellness therapies may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, skin conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or active infections.

• Clients are required to notify the receptionist and therapist of any health conditions, prescription medication, allergies, or physical injuries prior to beginning the session.
• Ahana Spa and its staff will not be held liable for any physical discomfort, injury, or adverse reactions resulting from a client’s failure to fully disclose relevant health conditions.

5. Pricing and Offers

Prices and active promotional offers (such as 20% or 30% off selected therapies) are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or membership packages unless stated otherwise. Prices listed exclude any applicable local taxes unless indicated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahana Spa Wellness Salon, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services, including loss of personal property at our facilities. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during their visit.
